My girlfriend and I were together for over 1 year already. I am head over heels over her. She is in love with me also. I started dating her since she was a freshman and I was a senior. Now, she is a sophomore and I am in college. She really wants to make love with me but I am scared about the legal age limit thing. She has to be over 18 but I don't want to wait until she is 18. I want to do it with her now. What do you think I should do?

Here is a completely off the wall idea. Wait until you get married to make love to her. It will be that much more special and actually mean something. When did society determine that out of wedlock sex was the norm? Are we better off as a result? We have people in this country that cannot locate Iraq or Iran on a map. We have students that cannot name their representatives in the House and Senate. I think people should spend more time worrying about things that actually have some significance and less worrying about Anna Nicole's death or where Britney left her panties or whether they should have sex with a minor because they want to. Think with your head not your manhood.

Umm... wow sophmore and frosh in colege? Well, watever works for you. But, to answer your question seriously you need to WAIT. I understand that ya'll are all in love in everything, but on the real your love is just gonna have to wait. Now, i'm not trying to foreshadow or nothing BUT, lets say ya'll get in an arguement and ya'll have had sex....she could go to the police and say you raped her. So both of you need to sit down and have a serious conversation about this. I mean SHE may want it (and I'm sure you do to), but I think that you all should wait until she is REALLY ready and legal. Wait until she is legal; though your intentions may be good you may not know that her parents will take advantage of the situation or she may suddenly falter. Wait until she is mature enough.
You know something there are a lot of girls and guys out there having sex when their both minors
Ask yourself this question how mature is she, will she crack and run to mommy and daddy, will she panic in other words?
Sit her down and tell her the implications of what you are bout to engage in, the seriousness of the matter - sex is not a toy you buy from any toy store. Make sure it is completely understood. make sure your intentions are pure and by all means do not forget a trustworthy form of birth control (deciding that after the talk you decide to go ahead with it)

First find out the legal age in your state, cause 18 isn't always the age limit. sometimes, like in texas, its 17. If the age difference is more than 3 years then its illegal. Just dont get caught. =)

Does the term "statutory rape" mean anything to you? Keep it in your pants dude, until the time is right. But have you ever considered what will happen after you make love to her? Will she continue to be with you, or find other guys to make out with if she finds that you didn't perform to her standards? What if she gets pregnant? Are both of you willing to give up your educational goals to become parents? Think hard dude, all it takes is one careless mistake to screw up your future.

Well, I'd say wait - whats the rush? If things went sour she could have you arrested for statutory rape and that surely would be no fun for you. Don't do something now that you will regret later.

Wait! If you were to have sex with her, and then she got angry at you and accused you or if her parents found out and made trouble, you would have statutory rape on your record and may have to register as a sex offender.

check your sexual laws concerning underage contact prior to going that far into the relationship. Better safe than sorry and better horney than charged with statuory rape
