It is most likely a problem that you are running away from that won't go away until you turn around, face it, and deal with it. Next time you are dreaming that you are being chased, try to stop, turn around, and stare down the monster.... your fear keeps you running... seek out in your waking life the problem that you are not dealing with.... deal with it. The chasing will stop.

maybe you have that protector yet you do no longer are attentive to it... on your desires you're being chased from what? your self??? you do no longer describe the "predator" and that i think of that's when you consider which you're your very own predator... that's as much as you to choose what you're working far off from. And for the guy (which im useful you opt for to locate) may well be somebody that's close to you and makes you experience comfortable yet you are going to be too busy or worried approximately finding that guy which you're lacking him

my grandmum always told me that if you are being chased by a snake you must let it bite you...then it will not come in your dreams again.....she claims that if the snake bite you, it is a good sign(only i dreams of course)...but on a more serious tone....
are you afraid of someone and you are trying to avoid this
person OR
are these men,or monsters that you claim are someone or something that you fear...
i believe that if you think if sth too often or if you are happy or scared about sth it will always pop out in your dreams.....if you do fear sth...confront it...

PhD P = NOT FUNNY, dude.
The type of dream you're describing is most likely you not dealing with a fear. Personally, I have confronted fears that stressed me - it took many years to learn the lessons that life dealt me but I'm better for it. Try to learn your lessons early, if possible, and face what scares you because then you feel free and confident. Deal with the fear before it confronts you, deal with it on your terms. Make no mistake, you will have to deal with it, one way or another - just my experience.

I am a trained Psychiatrist.
From what you describe, I have a pretty good idea that what you are suffering from is Schizophrenia and possibly Bipolar II.
How long have you been having dreams where people are "out to get you"?
You have a chemical imbalance that needs to be corrected. You have elevated seratonin and dopamine levels. That is what is making you act this way. That is why you are paranoid.
You need to see a psychiatrist immediatly. Ask him to put you on Respiridone and Lithium.
Once you are properly diagnosed you need to inform the motor vehicle branch and let them know that you are potentialy a dangerous driver because of a mental illness.
Trust me... I have been doing this for 25 years. I know schizophrenia when I see schizophrenia and I am sorry to say.... you have it!
You may need to spend a few weeks in a mental hospital. You will get the proper medications there.
Once you are treated, you will find that your life will improve drastically.

Because, if you really think about your everyday life, something or someone close to you is really bothering you, figure what or who that is, deal with it and your dream will cease.Believe me I have been there I know it is not nice, your dreams are just a reflection of your everyday experiences good or bad. figure them out and you will be fine.
