Cancer by my chemical romance. The song is lyrically so amazing...Gerard way is an awesome writer and makes the song so believeable...
But I'm tied between cancer and good ridance (time of your lufe) by greenday...it another awesome song, lyrically, and that guitar solo...ahhh
