You should be looking into which community colleges near you have good relations/history of sending students to particular 4 yr universities.

For example, Mt. SAC is known to be a good place to go if you want to enter UCLA later. I can't remember positively anymore, but I think LBCC is good for Berkeley.

I attend Pasadena city college (%) and that i love it! Their pupil move cost (to universities) is between the optimal in California. (i imagine purely Santa Monica college transfers extra pupils to UCLA..) they furnish many, many instructions, matters, and courses that you'll study. there is fairly a lot to grant the following, i'm overwhelmed anytime i attempt to signal up in instructions. %is in an quite outstanding, and chance-free community below the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains. for my section, %s campus is a lot extra suited than many different college campuses i have visited. also note, %employs a TON of police cadets, that are continually patrolling, so that you would possibly want to by no potential sense threatened. at the same time as %might want to be considered really elderly, (depending in 1924) their homes and centers are ok maintained, now to not indicate, very unique for a junior college. there is two new parking structures, an award-triumphing library, an observatory, and at present, plans for a sparkling bookshop, arts center, and commercial technologies progression. what's suited (to me) about Pasadena is that downtown la isn't a lengthy way away, and extremely accessible through the Gold Line gentle rail. you'll by no potential run out of factors to do in Pasadena/la and also you'll by no potential have hardship assembly new pals to relax with. i love %and strongly encourage you to provide the college your interest. the college would not even evaluate to different community colleges; you would possibly want to cost it on the college factor.

Had I lived there, I would have gone to Moorepark. The place is huge, and they charge only $8.00 a credit hour!!!
