Overwhelmingly YES. I'm not an American, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that at least in my neck of the woods (Canada), the overwhelming majority hates him. I've heard the same from other nations. I'll tell you why Canada hates him:
1) He blames us for terrorists coming in through our borders before 9/11... until he coudln't actually back up his facts and he apologized for hinting at that. But that doesn't matter in the eyes of the American public who aren't really interested in the facts behind it, but simply ones perception becuase he can't take responsibilty for himself... .perception is reality I guess.
2) During 9/11 ALL US flights heading into the US were diverted to CAnadian airports. We shut down our entire air industry for the day to accomodate American airplaces free of charge in EVERY possible airstrip in the country. This was, as allies would do for eachother, completely free of charge. Yet we didn't get so much as a THANK YOU afterwards. How many Americans even knew that Canada did that for them? But instead, of course, it's our fault that terrorists came ther ein the first place right?
I'm not anti-American, as I don't abide to any form of nationalism, but I can tell you with certainty that if a leader disprects the UN, dupes allies into going to war for nothing, and treats them as he's treated Canada... the world will always hate him.

Unfortunately Bush is one of the worst things that America has ever brought to the world stage.
He is embarrassing, and I will celebrate the day his presidency is over.

we have always been hated.....why because we have freedom, where other countries do not. But they all hate us until they want some money....then they will like us for the time period to beg for the money......then right after.....they are right back to hating us again.

No, I have to give all that credit to the liberal media and the left wing who were so pissed that they lost power. They will take down this nation if they have to, to regain it. LOL....its rather funny.
