Heritage 1981 (used to be known as Forever XXI).
There is also a For Love 21, although I have never seen it in my area where I live..

Edit: Although Wet Seal, H&M, Charlotte Russe, Rue21, etc. have items very similar to Forever 21, they are not necessarily sister stores - meaning, they don't operate under the same company.

It's acutally the same brand names Forever 21 operates as Forever 21 and XXI Forever. The difference is the size of the stores and the amount of items it has in one store. Forever 21 also have Gadzooks, the company they brought out and sell the same clothing as Forever 21 does. Forever also have a store called Reference, mainly on the west coast, which is also another F21 store. They also launch a For Love 21 which is mainly an all acc. store for women. There is also a new Heritage 1981, which sells only printed and solid knits, its an urban oufitters store but a little cheaper. Forever 21 just recently re-launched the mens line and also use to have the baby line called "Forever Young"

umm lets see rue 21- the cutest stuff for decent prices maurices- not really cheap, but has good sales delia's/alloy gadzooks (forever21 sister) Ross has some good bargains on quality stuff it just depends and when department stores have sales (Dillards & Sears) you can get some cute stuff
