lets also remember that Shaq has been back to his old self since Wade went out so it has helped.

in addition to this Eddie Jones has shown that he has some skills left in him, not to mention Posey getting back into the swing. when Kapono went down they lost a very good shooter, but with Posey in the line up they get a good swing man who can hit the occassional 3 and also play solid defence, something Kapono couldnt do. to offset the 3 point shooting they got from Kapono, they now get that from Eddie Jones who has been playing some good basketball of late.

to me the re emergence of Shaq, the solid play of Eddie Jones, and the move back into regular rotation for James Posey have all been reasons why the Heat look dangerous once again.

ya dorrell wright rofl, do u even watch heat games? ya the kid has athletic abilities but have you seen him even attempt to drive? hes too young and has way to little experience... they started him for a decent amount of games but he wasnt that consistent except for a few games. he may develop into a great player eventually tho. the reason the heat are doing better is because they have 2 starters back they've been missing pretty much half the season if not most, jwill and shaq. signing eddie jones was a big help too. but obviously the main thing is their all stepping up.
