i would like to know steps in which i should take to present my idea for a new children's show on NOGGIN TV.

Try writing to the network. Don't give away the premise of the show because then if they like it, they'll probably just take it from you, but let them know you have an idea, and give them some contact information, and possibly a resume just to show that you're qualified.

astounding, I used to demonstrate screen Nickelodeon all then time back whilst those shows have been on. I omit them, and something on that channel being any good. Legends of the Hidden Temple, Aah authentic Monsters, Doug, Hay Arnold, The Rugrats, Salute Your Shorts, and All That have been my favorites. I wish they nevertheless had shows like that on.

Try writing the producers and directors. It would not hurt to write the respective stations either.
