Yeah, I'd say so. She has enough money to do whatever she wants - including get mental help if that was the issue, but instead she just caused a publicity storm that made her look ridiculous.

I do, because she shaved her head, and got a tattoo, and she needs to go back to rehab to help her get over her problems.
