No doubt milan are a stronger team than bayern, even without shevchenko, but i dont feel they are as strong as in previous years, i expect liverpool to overcome psv, but when milan and liverpool meet, i honestly believe that as a cup side liverpool can beat milan also, wich means liverpool in the final, as long as benitez doesnt play crouch from the start.
Roma vs man utd, the way united are playing i see them easily defeating a weaker roma side, especialy with the current form of ronaldo and rooney.
Chelsea vs valencia, i think valencia will win, chelsea look dogged in europe but not as sleak as in the prem, valencia are about the best cup team around so i expect a spanish win.
utd against valencia, this will be close, but utd are as strong this season as ever, they will win, and will play liverpool in an english final, great stuff, Here anything goes, but i think that utd are too hot for the liverpool team that is battling with form in the premiership. utd win 2, 1.

I believe Bayern, Liverpool, Man U, and Chelsea will qualify. Me being a big Man U fan are hoping they will qualify. :)
I'm not too sure who will be in the final, the teams are all very good and I'm sure it is going to be pretty close.
