Arbonne's natural color wand has a dewy texture. I recommend Arbonne as they formulate all of their products, including cosmetics, with natural botanicals that are beneficial for all skin types. They are Swiss products, regulated by the FDA and do not contain any harmful ingredients such as chemicals, wax, dyes, fragrances, animal products or bi-products, alcohol, acetone, or mineral oil. They are water based and contain the proper ingredients to give you maximum benefit. If you love the products, you have the option of purchasing them at 35% off which will save you a lot of money. If you would like more information on the cosmetics, contact me and I'll get you the info. Good luck.

I would say MAC's Studio Fix Fluid foundation, but that might be more matte than you are looking for. MAC also came out with a new foundation that gives a dewy finish called Satinfinish that works well for those wanting a dewy glow.
