I used to sneeze on my arm. Now I sneeze in my hands because I think it looks weird when I sneeze on my arm. Sneezing in my hands is better because it's easier to wash my hands too. People who do not cover their mouth at all are very inconsiderate.

My hand, generally. If, for some reason, I won't be able to wash my hands soon, I'll sneeze into my arm.

i sneeze into my hand if i do not have a tissue. i have never heard of, or seen anyone sneeze into thier arm.
