A friend of mine is getting mairried in May. I was supposed to be in the wedding as one of the bridesmaids...however I got pregnant, and she decided that I shouldn't be in the wedding anymore. I am very happy for her and everything, but I can't stop feeling so jealous that I'm not included anymore. I still wanted to be in the wedding, but she has already gotten someone to take my place. How do I stop feeling so lousy?
Also, another quick question, would she have a right to be mad at me if i chose not to put her in mine?

Wow - Are you sure she is really your friend?? What she did sounds very superficial to me!!!! Don't be jealous of the fact you can't be in your friend's wedding. Your new baby is worth way more than walking down an aisle in a over-priced, one wear only dress. Girl, let it go. Go to your friends wedding and keep in mind that you don't have to include her in your wedding, if you dont want to.

I think that was crappy of her to take you out of her wedding because you are pregnant. She doesn't sound like much of a friend to me. And no, she wouldn't have a right to be mad if you didn't include her in yours. I don't even know if I'd invite her.

As they always say , what comes around , goes around..

Weddings are usually the test of friendship (s) when it comes to females.

I think she should have kept you in the bridal party regardless if you were PG or not .
You should have a chat with her , telling her how you feel, if she becomes stubborn, leave her out of your future bridal plans!

Uh, someone dumps you because you are pregnant? That doesn't sound like a friend to me. Do not honor her with your friendship.

When are women going to realize that a true friend would never abandon you??

yes, i agree. she is not a friend. She is more concerned with how her wedding will look (with one preggers in the wedding) than your friendship with her. you are getting a better deal-a new baby!! congrats
