My personal favorite is in Coeur d Alene, Idaho if a police officer approaches a vehicle and suspects that the occupants are engaging in sex, he must either honk, or flash his lights and wait for three minutes before approaching the car.

LOL - in NY, there are a few:
1. Unlawful to run out of gas (Section 4-08, Subdivision A1, NYC Traffic Rules).
2. Driver's of trucks with commercial driver's licenses & doing interstate travel must be able to speak & understand English. (Section 390.11 Federal Motor Carrier Safety Rules).
3. Improper Use of Blind Man's Cane (NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law).
4. Vending Frozen Desserts on Highway Prohibited (NYS Vehicle & Traffic Law).
5. Not sure of the Section, but there is a violation for putting your feet up on the seat in a train.
6. Improper use of Postal container (plastic bin with United States Postal Service on it).
I'm sure that there are others, but these are the 1's that come to mind immediately.

That it's illegal to carry or own a firearm when the Constitution states clearly that each man can bear arms! now thats a weird illegal fact.
