There are many companies out there that supply websites for brokers. Also there are companies that take pictures and make virtual tours for brokers. So the answer is yes you could do this for a job. Walk in to your local real estate office and ask them who does their virtual tours. Then you could go to them and ask for a job.

As long as you were not discussing real estate with a homeowner while you were there taking the photos, you would not be in violation of the law. I am making the assumption that you are unlicensed. You are allowed to assist a Realtor without having a license but your hands are severly tied. Merely taking photos and doing web assistance does not constitute practicing real estate. You would most likely be a subcontractor.

You could maybe be an assistant or something. I do that for my dad who owns his own company. He's a Realtor/broker and I am his only employee... I also do many other things for him though.
