what do the thumbs do (like when you questions get answered and theres a box of symbols) and how do u use them??

You have to get to Level 2 (250 points) before you can rate answers thumbs up or down.

the thumbs beside the answers are when voters choose the best...the either say its right or not...the box of xymbols is liek editing your question and stuff like that
