Normally not required to confirm the visa. Anyhow I would suggest you to contact the UAE embassy/consulate in your present country of residence to authenticate the visa.

what is ur purpose of confirming it ?
dont u believe in its authinticity ?
u do not need to aunthinticate it if u can board the flight and reach here. at the airport immigration will check and release u to enter the country or return u to ur destination if its a bogus.
