They don't. They're clever liars who can do "cold readings", which are interrogations whose deceptions and subtle probes for personal information make victims believe that the mediums know things they couldn't possibly know.

Then of course, once a medium cons you into believing that he/she is genuine, they take your money for the privilege of tricking you into paying them.

Save your money and invest it in a 401K plan. I can predict a better future for you if you do.

It is like a radio station that is on the air all the time sending out information and you tune into it or tune out from it. Sometimes what happens when I am doing it is I will get a glimpse of a complete picture of the answer I am being receptive for, and then what I do is to describe what I saw or was given. You have to be mindful when you do this so you do not add anything of your own, as that is called "colouring," and ruins the description you are giving. I do not always feel something for someone. Some people I get absolutely nothing for when I am with them, but other people, my gosh, when they come near me I can pick up loads of information, and the art of being a good clairvoyant is to stay or remain as neutral as you possibly can and just open yourself to all of it. That way what manifests will bring a speck of continuity to its message and in so doing will provide you with accuracy which will go beyond conincidence. I hope this brings you a bit of understanding as to the elementals which are involved when true clairvoyance is in evidence. I don't believe that mediums can "see" anything!

This is a very good question to which there is no definitive answer because the answer is based on the answers own beliefs so you will get a lot of contradictions.

When we become in toach with our inner spirit and apprecitate the spiritual world, things seem to open up too us. By increasing our awarness to that which is around us we become more receptive. Medium's have a higher sense of awarness to the spiritual world, and develop their ability to be able to communicate whether it be through sight, sounds, feeling or just knowing. I personally believe most people have the God given right to this (even though some people may inherit the ability to be more 'switched on' and not have to work to develop it as much as others'). Its just about developing it, we get taught from a young age to switch of from it such as getting told were "imagining things" etc.

To be honest, it's best kept secret as sometimes things are seen that should never have been seen and some mediums have this gift or curse, however its percieved, and don't want it.

Don't know. Paid to see Colin Fry and i was impressed.
What really botheres me is....there's the woman, lost the child....Colin says, "your baby is happy and wants you to know it." If this is a fake then he needs locking up. But how do we know? How can we possibly know that this man is really in touch with the dead? Really. How do we know this??? There is NEVER any proof of the things we REALLY need proof of.
