why when you think of myspace most people think of kids getting raped not every one on mysoace is going to get raped but i hate it when i say yeah i have a myspace people go oh! you know you're probably going to get raped? i know not every one feels that way but why do some people thnk that automatically

Parents worry that Myspace.com is a venue for their teenage children to make plans without their knowledge and meet older "friends" and makes them readily accessible to perverts world-wide.
If your friends and family are worried about you, set your profile to "private" and give your parents your User ID and password; or show them your page so that they know that you are using the website responsibly.

I got a Myspace and i only invite friends i know and celeberities. Most kids/teens has ppl on their list twice or 3 times their own age that they don't know and probably talk to.Girls r the most targetedand will talk to a guy they think is attractve even though guys do that too,i don't think a guy will want to keep talking to some old guy,weird.

probably with all the negativity going around with myspace people think different i have a myspace and i dont go around being a predator cuz i think its sick but people always look at the negatives of myspace but if people look at the plus side then theyll know that its not dangerous plus its based on the person adding people they dont know which leaves an open door to them but i havent heard anything bad lately so i guess all is good
