I've tried the mob and glo brand and that works fine but I would like to know if there are good brands that are just as good that sell at regular stores ex. Walmart...

Pledge makes a GREAT hardwood cleaner! I love the stuff! It comes in a squirt bottle and you just squirt some out in front of you and mop! I have used it on all of my wood, not just hardwood floors. It even got dried gum (Kids!!) off my floors with ease!!!

Here is a link so you can know what to look for!

Try find oxalic acid, dilute as much as will in warm water and brush it on. Rinse with plenty water after 10 min. or so.
It works well on teak and is the working ingredient in many expensive hardwood cleaners. Use gloves !

I always use Murphy's Oil Soap to wash them, and then after I wash them every 3 months or so depending on wear, I condition them with Lemon Oil. Both makes them smell great, and look like new. Hope this helps you out.

Believe it or not....Whit vinegar works great. This will get stains, smudges, etc off of hardwood floors but will not damage it in any way!
