When I run Second Life it is very slow. I have a Pentium Duo 2.66 GHz with 960 MB of Ram. My roomates cheap Inspiron laptop runs it much better. Does my graphic card suck or is it another problem. Both computers are on the same wireless network - my computer is LAN wired to the router.

There seems to be no other problem than the graphic card(rather chipset). You have a really good computer.Upgrade to a new graphic card to make it even better.Or another way to improve graphics is download and install latest drivers for your graphic card from the manufactorers website.Integrated graphics are not meant to play games.Invest in a new graphic card from a good company like Nvidia to enjoy latest games

No it is not any good. It's an integrated graphics chip designed for office computers and not for any sort of 3D anything. Buy a discrete card.
