The example I have is a jointed wooden figure on a long stick.I t is marked "Topsy Turvy Toys" on the back side of the figure.

This is an old wooden figure probably from the 30s. I don't think the current Topsy-Turvy Toys is the same company (Note the hyphen).

Sorry, but do you mean the current topsy turvy toys or are you talking about antique toys? There is currently a Topsy Turvy Toy company that makes a variety of puzzle style games.
