what is the differance between a " cute guy" and a handsome one ,,and witch do you preffer....

Uh cute is more like adorable like a little kid or a puppy dog. Handesome is just a good looking guy. I dont really care about outer appearances but being handsome is a plus. Pesonality and a sense of humor are what most girls look for in a guy.

Wow, its interesting to see the different responses. To me a cute guy is someone who has a baby face. They may appear to look younger than they really are. Their features tend to be more delicate. A handsome man is someone who is attractive but has a manliness to them. They might appear rugged, have a strong jaw and cheek bones, deep eyes, etc.- someone that you could picture in a suit. I prefer both, lol, I like someone who is cute but you could call them handsome too. But I think overall most women would agree that being handsome a bit more attractive than cute.

Cute looking can be used with younger guys or if the guy is not really good looking but has a really sweet personality. then he can be cute.
Handsome is for gorgeous men, men that are good looking but in that manly sense.
I have a 3rd catgory which is beautiful men. I know its wierd but theres some men which can't be described any other way.
I like guys that are good looking but don't obsess over their appearance, so i guess that might fit into the handsome category.

A "cute" guy is someone with an earring, spiky hair, colored hair, wears jeans and tennis shoes, etc.
A "handsome" guy it a little more grown up, so to speak. He may have a five o'clock shadow, he drinks scotch, wears tie-up shoes, etc.
I would prefer a "handsome" guy - they're usually older than me!
