I wouldn't say jealous as much as I admire the happiness some people have when they have nothing. It's like most of the poor people have appreciation for life itself, rather than the million other superficial things the rest of us pull our hair out for.
I'm slightly envious of that peace, that contentment...

I try not to entertain envious thoughts, and be grateful for what I have. But I do feel sort of jealous of people who love their work. I mean where it doesn't even feel like work to them. I have never known that feeling. I'm working on it, but for now my job is just that - a job. To really love what I do, that would be awesome!

I'm jealous of this guy my girl's been emailing. It's crazy. I don't even know if they've talked more than once but I'm sure she's comparing us and I'm losing out!
