YOU BOTH need to wait a few years.....
He's foolish enough to fool around with the Boss's daughter, he's foolish enough to lose other jobs over his lifetime....
You better let DAD know....if he finds out BEFORE you tell him....he's gonna RIP on someone, and I hope it's not you!

As your dad is his boss, It will never be a smooth idea.
As you are a minor, it is not a good idea.
What you should do for his safety is to wait untill you are 18 or older untill you start dating.
If your dad were to call the police on him when he knew you two were out together, it will only cause problems for your guy.
IF you two decide to have sex, your dad can have him arrested for statutory rape, which will put him in prison and follow him for the rest of his life. (whether you WERE TO GET married or NOT)
Even if your dad likes the guy, you are still a minor, and the state could press charges if it were known that you had sex.
(as in pregnancy)

Not a good idea....You may like each other now what happens if you two should disagree on something and get into a fight and argument? Your parents may get mad at him and then call the cops saying he did bad things to you or even you saying that. If you two really like each other it wont be a problem for him to wait until you are 18.
