depends they havr to fit your face perfect
like if you have a small face you should get samll frames
big head bigger lencess

Most people wear them. It's all in the ones you choose. Make sure they fit your face properly and look right on you.

sunglasses---yess!!!!!!!
other glasses--- depends on the style..
