First, Do you want them to breed? I am assuming you have not researched breeding or you would know that this is typical breeding behavior.

Second, If you do not want them to breed are you prepared to separate them for good? The breeding season is 10 months long.

On a side note, How old are the females and have they laid eggs yet? If they have not laid eggs in the past you need to watch them like a hawk so they are ok. If they do end up with eggs they might not already have been bred. However, Female Leos can store male semen in their bodies for future use, up to a year and a half. So if you didn't want them to breed it could be too late.

I use to have geckos they were both males and they fought sometimes but maybe your male geckos is trying to be aggresive to mate! If they hurt the female to much longer I suggest getting another tank for your male.

Normally when a male nibbles and bites a female he is ready to mate. When leopard geckos mate it will look sort of like they are fighting. The male will go up to the female and bite her until she gives in to him.

Aggression could mean territorial issues (small pen) or mating time is approaching.... Of course on occasion some animals are just jerks...

I think he might be in season and is trying to entice the two females to ovulate, thats all I can think why he is so aggressive, but remove them if they are allowing that abuse from them

Breeding signs. SEPERATE THEM IMMEDIATELY! the females could die from being egg bound or from stress.

You can't prevent it, you have to seperate them before they get hurt.
