Well let your parents know about this first thing. Then get into the doctors. If you cant get to the drs right away have your parents (ask your mom if it's easier, I know it isnt always easy to talk to dads about things) ask them to get you a hot water bottle or heating pad for your cramps and try some pamprin for the pain. My first few days are always bad too. But I dont get dizzy for that I would deff talk to your dr about. You might be too young for birth control too.

Good luck.

get a physical from your doctor to see if your blood pressure is changing. Try thermacare heating pads, or go to the heath food place and get something called the black coohush . You should take this a week before your period. It will decrease the bloating, headaches, etc. But the most important thing is the dizziness. Birth control pill help as well for your menstral flow, cramping to.

first of all let your mom know u need to go to the doctor. You can also take 2 advil and put a heating pad on your stomach for the cramping. If your periods are really heavy that can cause you to be dizzy. You need to talk to your doctor about it.

That's really bad, i think you should go straight to the doctors. If your gettin dizzy during your periods, it could have something to do with strange hormone levels, or even your blood pressure. Just find the rite thing for you.

You can try taking medicine like Midol. Birth control is an option but there's alot of side effects like weight loss/gain vomitting etc..so tell your mom, and see what she thinks first.

You need to see a gynocologist hun .... It sounds like you may have anemia . You may also have endometriosis or ovarian cysts. Tell your mother to take you to the doctor. Also , if you are sexually active you may have had a miscarriage.
Good Luck , I hope you feel better soon !

Go to a gynecologist and tell them your issues. I also had very harsh periods and my gynecologist told me that birth control would make the pain go away and regulate it. And it worked!
