I'm a procastinator and I know why. You know you don't HAVE to do it now. You can do it at the last minute and get it done. Or at least that's what you think. If you're grades drop, you'll feel angry at yourself and get determined to do you work ahead of time, so don't worry about it until you start to see your life falling in the toilet!

There are some things none of us like to do. Break it down into bite sized ppieces and reward yourself only when you have completed that piece. That way you learn that rewards are a result of work, not an alternative to it.

You are just avoiding the inevitable job at hand. In my house we call that sin laziness. It is better to get it over with right away and then be free from the horrible feeling of impending doom! You can do it!!!

Because work stinks and you don't want to do it.

I can't tell you how many times I have put off my homework (like right now), I found myself cleaning out my sock and underware drawer to avoid doing my homework.

BUT, I still had to do it! UGH!
