Not from what i heard. I read that Katie is doing a new movie and Tom has to come with her everyday just to make sure nothing funny happens on the set

No. It'd be all over the Internet if it were true. ANd there's no way a court would listen to T & Katie about whether or not their kid can go to a movie shoot.

I heard they were not seperated but Katie wants to take Suri to some Movie shoot and Tom doesnt want her to so they are actually in court seeing who can take her I know sounds stupid but it is what I heard.
