My niece is allegic to milk (not to be confused with lactose intolerence) She can't have any dairy. Is there anyone out there that can first off explain why this is the third time I've posted this question? & If it shows up this time then I guess third times the charm eh? And second does anybody know where I can find Dairy free Gluten free Wheat free Recipes for any kinds of food this kid doesn't have much of a variety in her diet right now. Thanks.

My nephew is on a wheat free and gluten free diet as well. He can't have dairy either. We get the majority of his food from the health food store and a store called Whole Foods. It's a bit more expensive than other grocery stores though.

Try posting your question under the Category of Health or Foods. I'm sure someone will give you an answer you're looking for. Good luck. (Try asking a dietician your questions about dairy free, wheat free recipes). Look for a dietician online who answers questions.

Try some vegan food. Some vegan stuff is gluten free, and obviously dairy free.

I haven't the faintest idea why you tried three times to post and it wouldn't let you, unless your browser locked up.

Go and get some Vegan cookbooks, most of the recipes are everything-free in there. Add normal meats to the recipes as desired if she isn't allergic to those.

Try cookbooks by Betty Hagman, wife is gluten-sensitive, and try asking this question in General Health, you will get more answers.

yahoo can suck on occasion.

I knew a girl with the same problem and they would freeze Cool Whip so she could have "ice cream" . doesn't answer your question but I thought i'd pass that tip along.
