They dont have the mobility they had when they were young. Some have medical problems like hips, knees and ankles as well as many other ailments. Their vision is not what it used to be. They are afraid of falling. Falling for the elderly can be a very serious thing. Their bones are brittle and break easily as well they take longer to heal..You and I will be there some day. We dont think so but time is a predator. It stalks every one.

No, Kerb spelling is correct.
You curb your dog. You use the kerb on the side walk.
Now that it is settled..........

Elderly with their age, cannot mount the kerb. They are unsure of themselves. When you get there, you will understand.
