so it's her 40th. and we live in seattle. so my mom gets off of work at 3:00. is there anything I can do to make it extra special?

what should the big surprise be?! I don't think it should be just her coming home to a decorated house!

Take her to the spa...it'll make her feel good after a long day of work. Then, meanwhile have some friends or family fix up the house and make it special and tell them to also get gifts. Then, she come home and everyone will say SURPRISE!!!! when she comes in.
She can still feel yung and happy on her 40th.
