how can i humble someone in a high school without becoming affected?

You can't. Relax, it's nothing personal. It's simply that there's a law of cause and effect in this world that means everything we do comes back to us. When we do something mean, sooner or later someone will do something mean back to us. But when we respond to that with peace and patience we take the energy from it and break the cycle.
