IDK it's hard to explain you gotta keep em interested. Make your voice go up and down and have some emotion.

Just ask other people questions about themselves. That will give them a chance to be boring.
After a while of boring you they may let you say a few boring things to them without being offended.

When my kids were little and would complain saying "I'm bored", I would tell them only a boring person can get bored.
The more you do, the more experiences you will have to talk about. Be a great listener. Read more books. Try new things.

You are not boring. You are just not interested. It's your personality. You are going to have to work really hard on this one. Somehow you are going to have to get outta your shell/box and somehow find an interest in other people. DAS IT.

My husband is really boring when we are around other people and I finally figured out why. He is only interested in himself. He never asks questions, he just likes to inform people about his interests, blah, blah, blah. Be more interested in other people than you are in promoting yourself. It makes people happy to have someone interested in them! Think of some thought provoking questions to ask people and then be a great listener.

Aww, you poor thing! Don't worry, you can definetly change that. You probably feel self conscious about how you sound, like if you sound stupid or silly. Don't worry about that, just ask whatever comes to your mind, as long as it isn't rude.
Where are you from, how do you like it there. Where do you work, do you like it.
Laugh a little. Smile a lot and look into the eyes when talking.

Read the book How to Win Friends and Influence People.
The best advice I have, find what the other person enjoys and start a topic. People love talking about themselves and what they like.

watch some funny movies. you can get funny phrases from them and start using them. but if that isnt you, just listen to other people instead and see if you relate to them.
