Out of all of them, I would have to say (E).
(A) can be helped by wearing a comfortable shoe.
(B) can be helped by cleansing your self properly and changing your sock and footwear.
(C) & (D) can be helped by wearing the proper shoe for the apropriate weather.
And (F), well, that would be amazing if that was actually attainable.

I prefer comfort, I change my socks through out the day. So I don't really need the other stuff.
