Microsoft Automatic Update, probably.

I read that ... the government has know for a few years they were going to do this, so computers put together in the past 4-5 years included this change. BUT, I like the updates answer better ... makes more sense.

Updates have been distributed for all the latest operating systems over the last past months and for some programs shortly after the bill was passed. These updates let the programs and operating systems know of the new change so you wouldn't have to worry about it.

No, the longer the wait, the extra i will relish it whilst it comes. The lilacs, tulips and daffodils in bloom and the air smelling of wish and plant life. That rain in the early morning, whilst it is not too chilly to relish it. How green the grass is in Spring, the greenest you will see your grass all 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. that's this form of magical time of three hundred and sixty 5 days.

Your computer has probably has the microsoft update turned on automatically. One time MS issued an update that updates your clock.

It has a clock program in the computer and it checks to make sure that your time on your computer matches the sattelite time. Pretty simple really

Windows auto update will automatically update your machine. Also if you are using Time service it syncronizes with a Time server.

If you have WIndows, double click your clock.

There is a tab called "Internet Time", which allows your computer to synchronize its time with a Microsoft time server.
