It can vary from 24 hours from close of auction to 10 days. Most sellers like to have at least had contact with the buyer within 3 days of the auction closing. If you use the Buy it now option then etiquette and seller expectations are usually 24 hours.

depends on the buyer, usually like previously stated 24 hrs., but some sellers will wait up till 3 days or more if you combine purchases. best thing to do is ask the seller, sometimes they will list time lines in their descriptions.
