try restarting your computer on safe mode, turn the computer off, and turn it on and keep pressing the F8 key (that is the key my computer use might be different for urs) and try to do what you can not do usualy (delete) then select safe mode and it loads (it will look different, then to go back to normal, just restart and let it start up as normal)
