I know for working at Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret its 18 years of age.

I once looked into bath and body works, and their requirement is 18. Most retail is either 16, 18, or 21, so look into the other 5 and you may be pleasantly surprised.

It really depends on what the legal state limit is some places will let you work at age 14 especially around the holidays when places are scrambling

i think the minimum age is probably 15 or 16...but you should go ask them for the correct info
