I don't think there's any site that lists all types of world coins with their values by date. That would be too much of an effort to compile, update and develop. There is this site, however, that you can use to identify some world coins and get their basic values ( http://www.worldcoingallery.com ). Or you can search for your coins online to see how much are they selling for. Or better, you can post questions about your coins here and there'll be lots of people willing to help. Good luck.
