How do I have to dial if I want to make a call from Mexico to Australia?

dial 00+61+area code (without the 0)+ local number you wanna call.
If it doesn´t work just get the operator on the line and ask for the international call!

If your dialing sydney - use prefix 61 2, if your dialing melbourne - 61 3, if your dialing brisbane 61 7.
There is a website - international phone numbers that you can look up to know what numbers to dial.
I understand this question because even when calling from overseas i didnt know what numbers to use from a mobile phone.
