When Dr Garrigan goes into the hospital and everyone is crying and saying "mama" and he sees that dead person lying in that cot with the limbs cut up..

Who is that dead person?

Why is the limbs cut up?

It's the wife of Amin who he slept with - it's because Amin found out he did it and that she was pregnant. He presumably cut her limbs off to make her have a terrible death as a punishment.
