Simplify. (4x^8)/9 divided by (16x^4)/27

[(4x^8)/9 ] / [ (16x^4)/27]=
(4/9)*(27/16)* x^8/x^4 = (3/4) x^4

First get rid of the fractions by multiplying the top and bottom by 27.

12x^8/16x^4 then reduce

3x^8/4x^4

When dividing exponents you subtract

3X^(8-4)/4

3x^4/4 is the answer
