Smarty? I believe that is completely false. Are you talking about in some places where the women's' bathrooms have bedies?(SP?) After they go potty a spray of water comes out and sprays them off. But, I am sure for most purposes you info is wrong.

They are always treading in dirt... All over the clean kitchen floor.
And it is not as if there is no doormat, you know.
