The only time my needs are first is after those around me are
satisfied. Then, it's my turn. So, technically, my needs are
last because I make sure everybody around me is taken care
of, first. I enjoy giving to others and helping them.

I don't put my own needs first often at all, but my parents and stepfather put my needs first before their own, because I'm disabled and in need of that help. I'm very honest about what I need, because I'm very aware of the difference between what I need and what I "want".

I'm a mom. Seems my needs are always last. Behind my son, my husband and even the cats! When I can't take it any more, I'm very vocal about what I need.

i do now no longer positioned my personal needs first usually in any recognize, yet my mum and dad and stepfather positioned my needs first before their own, by technique of creating use of truth i'm disabled and in desire of that help. i'm very honest about what i desire, by technique of creating use of truth i'm very attentive to the distinction between what i desire and what I "desire".

pretty much never - I don't get to sleep more than ~1 hr a night, rarely get to eat, and when I do I'm holding at least 1 child while I do, hardly ever get to shower or even brush my teeth because I have so much housework...as I type this I'm jiggling a baby and my hubby just came in to ask me to make him a drink...

Before I had children - quite a bit. Now that I have children - my needs are not as important as theirs. I do try to take a little bit of time to myself, though.

50/50. When I feel kind or guilty I put others before me. But when I am happy is when I am selfish.

Never.I put my kids first,then my soul mate.I always put myself last in that equation.I am very dishonest about what I need.It makes me happier to put them first.I don't count - they do.
