Could be printer not updated driver to work with Vista. However try deleting all print jobs.

Also go in to the control panel > printers (if Vista has that) and check your printer is ticked as the default printer. Then unplug printer from power and plug printer in again. Then try... if still no-go.. then restart pc.

If you did the printing test sheet and aligned the Heads then your printer is fine.

The problem lies in Vista. As a new Operating System it will have many little problems in the early days. There will also be all the hardware manufacturers having driver problems.
Thios may well be a driver problem.

Try to find the Device Manager and try searching for an updated driver.

If it doesn't update to a new one, contact Lexmark and explain it to them. The should have a driver or at least an idea of what the problem is.

Good Luck!

Try to reinstall the software by first deleting it from the control panel.......check your printer chosen and make sure it is Lexmark from the printer properties, i'm not sure about Vista but with XP it seems to work fine

Did your package come with Vista already installed? If it did, the suppliers should have included a Vista driver. Possibly not, though.
You may wish to look here for a driver download to suit your machine : http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentialem/home/0,6959,204816596_924205346_920387567_en,00.html
