Have you tried seeded food instead of pellets? Hamsters need more nutrition and varied nutrition, aside from what you are describing as her diet. What you are giving her should only be for snacks as these items can cause major problems with your little furry friend. Also the high amount of lactos in cow milk will severly hurt your hamster. Please think about buying a real hamster food, wether it be seed, pellet or a mixture.

I give my hamster a bowl of normal food and then also a selection of nuts such as pine buts, sunflower seed hearts, pumpkin seeds and raisins. Dont give too much as they are quite rich and give your hamster a dodgy tummy but the odd one or two every couple of days will help to improve the variety in its diet. My hamster got slightly ill recently due to old age and lost some weight and the vet suggested i give him a tiny bit of baby food everyday (roughly a blob the size of your nail) as a treat to help build him up again. he loved that treat and is now happy and well again - yay! you could try that to add some variety, not too much though!

Even though you say she doesn't like store-bought foods, I would always have a small fresh dish of it in the cage just in case. It has important vitamins in it that she needs. If she's hungry enough, or if she's lacking a vitamin, she'll know to eat it (its nature). The other fresh stuff just tastes better, but when her body needs the boring stuff, she'll want it to be there.

I always have two dishes in my hamster's cage - one of fresh food, and one of hamster diet.

You should limit soft foods, the food sold in pet stores is probably best. You can supplement it with some fresh small pieces of apple with peel still on and maybe a piece of raw carrot.

don't give it bread cause that'll expand in the hamster's stomach and kill it....even if she doesn't like the store's food it provides a balanced, nutritious diet and if she was really hungry she'd eat the food.
