BORDER WALL WAS FUNDED BEFORE THE BORDER WALL BILL WAS SIGNED.

"SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — President Bush has signed a homeland security bill that includes $1.2 billion for fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border to stem illegal immigration...The bill also includes an overhaul of the Federal Emergency Management Agency... Standing before a mountainous backdrop in Arizona, a state that has been the center of much debate over secure borders, Bush signed the $35 billion homeland security spending bill into law Wednesday" http://www.abqtrib.com/news/2006/oct/05/bush-oks-border-fence/

The govoners of these border states including California are dependent upon the Latino vote. ( As are some non border states now) Particularly are the Democratic govoners in need of the Latin vote, the homosexual vote and the Liberal vote and any other fringe vote.

But they prefer to pontificate and lie rather than tell it as it is.

He said it because it is true. The project was approved but not funded. That wall will never be built. What a waste of money that would be. No wall will stop illegal immigrants from entering the US.
