yes, with a pap smear a doctor can tell if you are pregnant. they see the extra tissue build up in your uterus. although i could be mistaken for something else. with my first child i had my annual pap done and the nurse told me there was a possibility of pregnancy because she seen extra tissue. two weeks later i found out i WAS in fact pregnant!

by 3 or 4 months yes, but by 1 month maybe not since it may not be very noticeable. By 3 or 4 months while ur papsmear it being down ur dr can tell by looking at ur cervix, the position and color and discharge around it that ur pregnant or not.

It won't be the actual smear that shows that you are pregnant, but by that point your doctor will notice extra uterine tissue, plus that your cervix is closed and you have a mucus plug.

Yes, they will see that your cervix is closed which means that you're pregnant.

yes, but by then you should be seeing the doctor for maternity exams anyways.

I was told they can. Your uterus and cervix appear different during pregnancy..
